The 19th annual IEEE IAS Electrical Safety Workshop will be held January 30-February 3, 2012 at the Daytona Hilton in Daytona Beach, Florida. Since inception, the IEEE IAS Electrical Safety Workshop has been the premier form for accelerating advancements in workplace electrical safety. The program features technical tours, tutorials, keynote speakers, more than 25 technical presentations, and an exposition of the latest in equipment, products and services.

Mark your calendar: 2013 IEEE IAS Electrical Safety Workshop,
March 11 - 15, 2013, Dallas, Texas
The IEEE Industry Applications Society Electrical Safety Workshop is requesting technical paper proposals for presentation in a workshop forum, or with a poster, at the 20th Annual IEEE IAS Electrical Safety Workshop to be held March 11 – 15, 2013 in Dallas, Texas. The IEEE IAS Electrical Safety Workshop provides a forum for changing and advancing the electrical safety culture to enable sustainable improvement in eliminating electrical incidents, injuries and fatalities. The Workshop focus to Change the Electrical Safety Culture targets two areas:  1) advancing the application of state of the art knowledge and practices, and  2) stimulating innovation in creating the next generation of safe work practices, technology and managing systems.  Proposals are due May 1, 2012.
