Author Deadlines
- May 1, 2012: Paper proposal due
- Sept 1, 2012: Rough draft of the paper and presentation due
- October 15, 2012: Final draft of the paper and presentation due
Paper Requirements
Length: Minimum length is two pages; Maximum length is not as rigid, but should be limited to no more than 10 pages
Non-Commercialism: The paper must avoid commercialism and be in compliance with the ESW Policy on Commercialism and Ethics. Read more>>
Format: Rough drafts and final papers must be submitted in compliance with the IEEE ESW Style Guide as illustrated below. Download the Style Guide>>
Presentation Requirements:
A template is provided.. The presentation must avoid commercialism and be in compliance with the ESW Policy on Commercialism and Ethics.
