IEEE IAS Electrical Safety Workshop Governance

Governance and long-term strategic planning for the IEEE IAS Electrical Safety Workshop is the responsibility of the IAS Electrical Safety Committee. It functions under the Policies of the IEEE, the Constitution and Bylaws of the IEEE Industry Applications Society, and the Bylaws and Operating Policies and Procedures of the IEEE IAS.

The IAS Electrical Safety Committee meets at the annual IEEE IAS Electrical Safety Workshop, generally held February - March.

Note: Formation of the IAS Electrical Safety Committee is pending IAS Executive Board action in May 2012. Until that action, the governance of he Electrical Safety Workshop is by the Electrical Safety Workshop Subcommittee of the IAS Petroleum and Chemical Industry Committee.
