The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Incorporated Mid-Hudson Section Bylaws, approved on 6/3/93, have been being revised by the Section Executive Committee.

Most of the changes were due to directives from Region I that Sections conduct business corresponding to a calendar year (January through December).

These changes were approved at the November (Annual) 2000 meeting.
