February 17, 2005 - from 1:00pm to 4:30pm
Friday, February 18, 2005 – from 8:00am to 4:00pm

Interested presenters
are to submit the Training Provider Registration form and all
materials requested. ·
Presentations which
satisfy NYS mandatory Continuing Education requirements will be
given preference. ·
Speakers are eligible
for up to triple continuing education credit.
(Credit for participating plus 2x hours for preparation
time.) ·
Sessions 50 to 60
minutes in length are preferred. Other durations will be
considered. ·
Deadline for Training
Provider Registration is NOVEMBER 5, 2004 |
