utilities, seeks a Part time or Consultant based Procurement Engineer
Assistant for our Schenectady, NY location. **Perfect opportunity for a
retiree, part timer or consultant!)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist Procurement Engineer in writing test procedures and with assigned procurement engineering functions in the areas of analyzing technical data, designs, preliminary specifications, manufacturing limitations, supplier facilities, and availability of parts and equipment.
Assist in establishing performance criteria and specifications for manufacturing and testing and processing/reviewing quotes and purchase orders for nuclear utility related sales.

REQUIREMENTS
BS in Electrical Engineering or relevant background or Ex. Nuclear
Navy Officer.
Power generation and/or Nuclear background desired.
