Meeting/Carpool Details: This tour will start in the Rotterdam Industrial Park on Duanesburg Rd/Rt. 7 in front of Bay 8. We will leave promptly at 10:15am from the parking lot. We will try to stop for lunch on the way there.

Directions to the wind farm will be distributed to all attendees when we meet in Rotterdam.

DIRECTIONS: 

From I-90: If traveling on I-90, take exit 25A to merge onto I-88 West. Just past the tollbooth, take the first exit, Exit 25 for Rt. 7, to the stop sign. Turn left at the stop sign, and proceed to the traffic light. Turn left at the traffic light and proceed onto Rt. 7. Go approximately 2 miles and the Rotterdam Industrial Park will be on the right immediately as you go over the bridge. Enter here and proceed to the security booth. Tell him you are visiting GE. The guard will direct you to Bay 8 where you can park your car and meet up with the group.

From Schenectady: Coming from Schenectady, take Rt 7. It is on the left after you pass the 5 Corners and Tops Diner. If you start going up over a bridge, you have gone to far. Stop at the security gate to get a pass and tell them you are visiting GE. Take a left once through the gate and meet up with the group.
