The Annual General Body Meeting of the IEEE Bombay section will be held on Saturday the 20^th of March, 1999 at the Royal Yacht Club, Near Gateway of India, Colaba.

A. Annual General Body meeting 6 PM to 7.30 PM

1. Welcome address by Section Chairman
2. Annual report by Secretary
3. Presentation of accounts by Treasurer
4. Election of Office Bearers for 1999
5. Change of term of office of section from "April to March" to "January to December" as per IEEE HQ ruling and corresponding amendment in the Section Bye laws
6. Discussion on Programmes for the ensuing year
7. Any other subject for which notice is given at least one week before the AGM
