Brief Speaker Profiles Dr. Kenneth R. Laker is currently IEEE President. Dr. Laker became an IEEE Fellow in 1983 Dr. Michael S. Adler received the BSEE, MSEE, and Ph.D. at MIT. Dr. Adler has been a Fellow of the IEEE since 1985. Dr. Vijay Bhargava, is a Professor of ECE at the University of Victoria, Canada. Dr.Bhargava is currently the Vice President of IEEE Information Theory Society. Dr. Shan Rajagopal is a senior consultant with Integrated Project Systems (IPS) Associates Asia Ltd. He conducts training for companies like 3M, Compaq, HP, Seagate, among others. Mr. Wes Spencer received the BEE degree from GeorgiaTech in 1973 and the MBA degree from the Florida Institute of Technology in 1975. Currently, he is the owner of Spentec Power Services. |
