The Annual General Body Meeting of the IEEE Bombay section will be held on Friday the 22 ^nd of December, 2000 at the Royal Bombay Yacht Club , Near Gateway of India, Colaba.

1. 1. Welcome address by Section Chairman
   2. Annual report by Secretary
   3. Presentation of accounts by Treasurer
   4. Election of Section/Chapter Office Bearers for 2001
   5. Report on ACE 2000 hosted by the Section in Dec 2000
   6. Discussion on Programmes for the ensuing year
   7. Any other subject for which notice is given at least one week before the AGM

B. AGM Dinner (Contributory) 7.30 PM onwards
