IEEE Bombay Section

The Students Activities Committee invites Counselor, Chairman and Vice-Chairman of each branch of Bombay Section for a meeting at the Seminar Room, Sardar Patel College of Engineering, Munshi Nagar, Bhavan’s Campus, Andheri (West), MUMBAI – 400 058, on Saturday, 26th October 2002.

            10-15 a.m. Registration, Fellowship and breakfast

            11-00 a.m.  Meeting.

             3-30 p.m. Conclusion.  ( Break for Lunch at 1.00 p.m.)

AGENDA:  

1. To discuss the fee-rise.
2. To generate awareness regarding branch administration requirements, timely submission of various reports etc.
3. Presentation by Branches as to what help and action they would expect from the Bombay Section. ( Branch representatives who would like to speak on the topic should give their names at the time of registration).
4. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.

NOTE:     The amount at the following rates shall be paid to each of  the attending Counselors, Chairmen and Vice-Chairmen to compensate for their travel and incidental expenses:

Participants from the Mumbai City  : Rs. 100.00

Participants from NewBombay Rs 150.00

Participants from outside above area ( Except Nagpur and MP sub-section) : Rs.250.00

Participants from Nagpur area and MP Sub-Section Rs. 400.00
