The Chapter of Electron Devices Society, was formed with Prof. Radhey S Gupta, SMIEEE as its Interim Chairman on January 30, 2007. Subsequently in the AGM of April 29, 2007 under the leadership of Prof. Radhey S Gupta an EXECOM of 6 Members assumed the office. In the year 2009 Chapter had 11 activities (10 Technical, & 1 Administrative). Present EXECOM elected in the AGM of May 29, 2010 consists of the following:
