The IEEE Queensland Section is positioned in the IEEE's Asia & Pacific region - referred to as
Region 10. The Section provides localised activities and services to the Institute
members who live and work in southern Queensland, Australia. It also supports
the activities of the Queensland chapters of the IEEE Communications,
Power Engineering, and Computer Societies.
The Queensland Section provides this web site as another service for
it's members. It's purpose is to provide the latest information to the
section's members about the broad range of services and activities the
