2008 OfficersSection officers are responsible for assuring that the Section is operated in accordance with the IEEE and Section Bylaws. They advise Section members (i.e., Chapters) on the polices and plans for the Section and manage the operations, budget, records and correspondence of the Section. Officers are volunteers who have been elected to serve one-year terms. Officers of the Northern Virginia Section for 2008 are as follows:
