Date: April 7, 2008 
Topic: "Pulsars, Clocks, and Gravity". It will be primarily a science talk, but obviously pitched at engineers.
Speaker: Prof. Joseph H  Taylor Jr - 1993 Nobel Laureate in Physics for the discovery of a new type of pulsar, a discovery that has opened up new possibilities for the study of gravitation. 


Two students received scholarship awards, Guests included: Aana Taylor-Smith, Quinn Wagner, Mark Draelos and Jim Lester - mentor from usFIRST robotics team and Christopher Bronson GCS POST coordinator.  Marc Franco introduced Dr. Taylor. It was a great night!
