The 2006 IEEE-USA Leadership Workshop was held in St Louis, Missouri. Various delegates from the various regions attended including representatives from the East Tennessee Section.

There were two separate Region 3 meetings for PACE delegates from each section in Region 3. They developed goals and plans, with the other regions, for continuing IEEE-USA initiatives. The East Tennessee Section had representation, and participated.
