Submissions

All submissions must comply with IEEE policy and fall within guidelines established by the Executive Committee.

Please email your submissions directly to in text, HTML, PDF or Microsoft Word format. Allow approximately 10 days for me to format and upload your information. Submissions in Word will generally be converted to PDF to prevent your personal information from being spread on the internet. All email addresses on HTML pages will be converted to javascript to limit address harvesting.

If you would prefer to mail your submissions to me via the United States Post Office, I will scan your copy directly into a graphics file. My snail mail address is:

Hampton Roads Engineering Society Calendar

The HRESC is a free web site and e-mail calendar of engineering society events for the Hampton Roads area. It is open to the public and all societies are invited to advertise their events. List members receive a weekly text-only e-mail calendar of events. Calendar users can:

• View current and past calendars and links to societies at the HRESC web site http://groups.yahoo.com/group/sname
• Join the list by sending a blank e-mail to sname- subscribe@yahoogroups.com

Engineering societies should:

• Promote the HRESC to your membership.
• E-mail text-only announcements to sname-owner@yahoogroups.com
• Update your link on the HRESC site by sending e-mail to sname-owner@yahoogroups.com
• Add a link from your site directing visitors to learn more about the HRESC at the PEC site http://va-pec.org/
