Lon Brolliar is a Senior Professional with Technology Service Corporation Phase IV Systems Operation in the Analog/Digital Mixed Signals Sector. Lon has over 20 years of design experience in mixed signal analog and digital design. While not an EMC Engineer by profession, Lon has throughout his career dealt with EMC problems within systems and their circuit boards. He holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering Degree from Auburn University, 1987.

Vice Chair: Thomas Perry

Tom is employed by Jacobs Engineering under the Engineering, Scientific and Technical Services (ES&TS) contract to NASA and has been at Marshall Space Flight Center since 2000. Tom is a Senior Engineer in the MSFC Electromagnetic Environments Effects (E3) group providing EMI engineering support for the Constellation vehicles, Space Shuttle, International Space Station, NASA payloads and Expendable Launch Vehicles (ELV). Prior to NASA, he spent twenty-two years in the Nuclear Industry providing engineering support at various facilities in the United States and Canada.
Tom earned his Associate's degree from Lake Superior State University and his Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Western Michigan University.

Secretary: Leo Najera

Leo Najera is employed by AI Signal Research, Inc. (ASRI) and works at the
Electromagnetic Environmental Effects facility on Redstone Arsenal. Leo has
been employed as an EMC Technician since 2004 dealing with MIL-STD-461,
MIL-STD-704, MIL-STD-464, and other EMC related tests on aviation and ground
systems. In addition to his testing duties, Leo is in charge of coordinating
the proper calibration of all equipment used in testing throughout the
facility. He holds an Associate in Applied Science Degree in Electronic
Engineering Technology from Gadsden State Community College, 2005.

Treasurer: Glenn Shelby

Glenn is the Lead Engineer and Facility Manager for NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) EMI Test Facility and has been employed by NASA since 2000. He provides EMI testing and troubleshooting services to MSFC, NASA, and military/commercial customers. Prior to NASA, Glenn was the lead electromagnetic environmental effects (E3) contractor engineer for the U.S. Army's PATRIOT Missile System (1994-2000) while employed at Nichols Research Corporation (NRC). He also has 8 years experience in radiation effects in electronics and above ground/under ground nuclear testing at NRC. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Physics from Murray State University (1986) and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Alabama in Huntsville (1994).

Member At Large: Ken Javor

Ken Javor has worked in the EMC industry for thirty years. He is a consultant to government and industry, runs a pre-compliance EMI test facility, and curates the Museum of EMC Antiquities, a collection of radios and instruments that were important in the development of the discipline, as well as a library of important documentation. Mr. Javor is an industry representative to the Tri-Service Working Groups that write MIL-STD-464 and MIL-STD-461. He has published numerous papers and is the author of a handbook on EMI requirements and test methods.

Member At Large: Brian Smith

Brian is an iNARTE certified Electromagnetic Compatibility Engineer and Technician currently employed at the US Army Aviation Engineering Directorate. Over the last three plus decades in E3 I have supported Military (Unmanned Aircraft Systems, missile systems, helicopters) and Space programs(ISS) from initial requirements, design, analysis, testing thru sustainment. Brian earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physics with minor in Mathematics/Computer Science from University of Lowell, Lowell Massachusetts.
