Principles of IEEE Financial Operation

  1. The IEEE Regional Activities Board (RAB) may dissolve any Section for any reason deemed sufficient by RAB.
     
  2. Dissolution most frequently occurs because of the Section’s failure to maintain a reasonable level of activity.
     
  3. Remaining funds and assets in the custody of a dissolved Section will revert to the IEEE. The funds and assets could be assigned to the Section’s Council, Region or to the Institute.
