Particular Information for Sections in the Regions 1-6

  1. Annual Information Return Form 990 is required to be filed by all Section 501(c)(3) organizations.
     
  2. IEEE files form 990 for the whole Institute.
     
  3. If a Section is requested to file form 990 by a local IRS office, the IEEE Tax Compliance Department should be notified for resolution.
