Schedule V, page 1, Analysis of Purchases and Sales, should be completed manually from information supplied on the Section’s periodic reports of investments. The IEEE Tax Department that designs the L50 Report is working with the IEEE Treasury Department that issues the IEEE Investment Account reports to Sections to include information needed to complete L50 Schedule V, page 1. The Tax Department will issue supplemental instructions to all Section Treasurers about how to complete Schedule V, page 1, if their negotiations to get the needed information on the Investment Account reports are not successful. Use the information on the Investment Account reports to complete Schedule V, page 1, manually.

Schedule V, page 2, Analysis of Purchases and Sales of Furniture, Computers and related equipment is completed automatically from information on the Section’s Computer, Furniture and Equipment record previously discussed.
