Minutes
- 1) Quorum - Call to Order:
- Quorum was established the meeting got on the way at 6:00
pm.

- 2) David Flinchbaugh presented a report on attended the
FES Conference award
- banquet.
- -He was designated the official Representative to Florida
Engineering Society.
- -Issa proposed that FES be invited to buy a table to our award
banquet and we
- will try do the same with them.
-
- 3) Award Banquet will be on the 25th,
- -Fellows will be invited for free
- -The Dean will be invited to buy a table.
-
- 4) Sundaran: SoutheastCon is taking place in Nashville
and all section
- Chairs shall attend.
- -Dr. Issa withdrew his invitation so that Dr. Wahid who also
have to go to
- receive the Reg. 3 outstanding Educator award, can use the
allocated expense
- budget for her trip, the allowance from IEEE includes 2 Night
Hotel and
- Airfare.
- The Secretary will send to Dr. Wahid the requirements
regarding the meetings
- and will also prepare a list of all the chapters that did not
have at least
- two meetings.

- 5) Jerry presented the Treasurer Report, report was
approved.
-
- 6) We received an invitation to attend the Information
Technology Conference
- and Computer Technology Showcase, Christina will try to get a
table.

- 7) Next meeting will be at Grady's
-
- 8) Old Business:
- -No Old business.

- 9) Meeting was adjourned at 7:19 PM.
