WE'LL BE IN TOUCH

IEEE Section/Chapter support is interested in knowing how your Section is
doing. What are your concerns regarding the Section? What are the goals
of your Section ExCom? How does the Section stand regarding bylaws,
SAMIeee, Entity Web Hosting? Wait! Don't answer yet?we will be contacting
Section Chairs individually by email to make a date for a one-on-one phone
call at your convenience. The email will list the specific topics of
discussion, tailored to your Section. You are welcome to add anything you
think is of interest or importance.

We will be starting at the end of September with Regions 1-6 (easier to
arrange with time differences), and working through until year end. We
hope you can find 15 minutes to an hour of your time to speak with either
Tracy Hawkins or Vicki Waldman. We look forward to chatting with you!

IEEE ORGANIZATION ROSTER, PART III...

...also known as the Officer Roster, is in the process of being updated for
November publication. Only this time, the bulk of the publishing will be
on the Web! This will banish the biggest problem with the printed version,
which is that by the time print is put to paper, much of the information is
already obsolete. Once on the web, the password protected site, accessible
by officers, will be updated bi-weekly with information from the main IEEE
database. Changes in officer information and requests for hard copy of the
roster can be made to MailTo:scs-officer-report@ieee.org.
