SCIENCE FAIR JUDGES
Judges for the elementary school Mathematics and Science Fair for Palm Beach County School District are now being requested.

IMAX PRESENTATION-MOVIE-SPACE STATION 3D
IMAX, “Image Maximum”, is a unique visual experience powered by technology. The IMAX image is ten times the normal film and presents a realistic and 3D viewing of events. The Museum of Discovery and Science, Ft Lauderdale, FL, is home to an IMAX theater. Currently playing is the film “Space Station 3D”; it is the story of International Space Station and the men and women who call it home.

IEEE STANDARDS INFORMATION NETWORK WEB SITE
The Web site for the IEEE Standards Information Network offers information on the publishing operation's titles as well as the opportunity to sign up for peer reviews and submit book proposals. IEEE Standards Information Network publishes leading-edge guides, handbooks, tutorials, and other materials that enhance the understanding and implementation of standards. NEW SITE PROVIDES DEFINITIVE INFORMATION ON IEEE ONLINE COLLECTIONS
A new section of the IEEE Web site provides visitors with thorough, definitive information on IEEE online collections and other subscription options to access IEEE online technical documents. The new IEEE Publications Online information site is located at http://www.ieee.org/onlinepubs.

Representatives will be traveling to the IEEE conference Southeastcon being held at Greensboro, NC from March 26 to March 28. Some corporate sponsors will be accepting resumes. SOUTHEASTCON 2004
The annual IEEE Southeast region technical and student conference will be held as previously noted in above item. The student branch at Florida Atlantic University will send a team to compete in the many events, including the hardware (robot) competition. Please send an email to the team and its leader, Brandie Lynch, with a few words of encouragement,
.The section provided partial financial support but they would appreciate recognition.

SOUTHEASTCON 2005
Next year, the conference will be held in the nearby Broward Section. It is not too early to help and volunteers are needed to make this a successful event for South Florida. Please send an email to the General Chair, Eric Ackerman. Email:
