MEETING MINUTES

A. Old Business

Brent Baker and Michael Rollins represented the Council a the Sections Congress 13 October 2005 Steve Carroll will be attending SoutheastCON for the Council.

B. New Business

1. L-50 Report and L-31 Report Status

• Brent stated John Montague advised the L-50 report was complete
• L-31 not completed. Richard will review and take for action. (Last year xxx advised the Council was not required to report meetings)

2. Officer Confirmation Forms

• Brent will collect needed membership #’s individually

Comment: Brent will prepare the SoutheastCON SC Council Report and submit by 15 March 2006.

3. IEEE Disclosure Statement & Financial Operations review status

• Disclosure - Council Chair and Treasurer are required to complete
• Disclosure - Web site is unclear who is to review & approve
• Disclosure - Brent will determine how to submit
• Financial Operations – John volunteered Lee to review
• Financial Operations – Lee advised he will review

4. Section’s Report’s status

• Brent advised Piedmont and Columbia reports are complete/submitted
• Michael advised Central Savannah River report submittals would be completed by tomorrow
• Richard advised he would check with the Coastal Section tomorrow and advise

5. Other Business

• Council attendees at SoutheastCON will be Steve, Michael, and Dr. Mark McKinney.

The next Council meeting will be at SoutheastCON.
