CONFERENCE SOCIAL EVENTS

There are three main social events at the Conference. All three activities are included in the Full Conference Fees. For those attendees who purchased other registration levels (such as one-day registration) these events are not included. In such cases, separate event tickets are available for purchase.

1. Conference Welcoming Reception
   When: Sunday, May 9, 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm
   Where: Challenger Learning Center
   Brief Description: The Reception is intended as a forum to get together, introduce ourselves and exchange some thoughts and initiate some informal discussions. There will be finger food and cash bar available.
2. Social Event and Dinner
   When: Tuesday May 11, 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm
   Where: Wakulla Springs State Park and Lodge
   Brief Description: Southern Blue Grass music, other activities, and a few surprises. Dress is business casual.
3. Award and Recognition Luncheon and Ceremony
   When: Wednesday May 12th, 12:00 noon to 1:30 pm
   Where: Research Foundation Building B
   Brief Description: Recognition of accomplishments Prize Paper awards, and other Honors.
