Abstract:

G. Michael Turner and Mike Hertz LeCroy Corporation will present at the Southeastern Michigan IEEE EMC chapter meeting on March 9, 2004. LeCroy is the second largest supplier of digital oscilloscopes in the world and has been offering scopes since 1985. The scopes cover the bandwidth ranges of 350 MHz to 6 GHz. Products have been sold into a variety of applications over the years, including EMC applications. We will present information on several topics that we know are of interest to EMC engineers and technicians. These include: " Sequence Mode Timestamping of EMC Pulses " Custom In-line Scripts for Pulse Characterization " Parameter Math for Max-Top Measurements " Maximizing Accuracy of Single Shot Measurements
