Engineers promoted into
leadership positions face new sets of challenges. Making a
successful transition to leadership requires new knowledge and
skills.
The Engineering
Leadership Institute (ELI) develops the skills required to succeed
in a leadership role. The ELI program includes an initial intensive
training week as well as three follow up programs over a two year
period to hone leaders’ skills as they advance in their careers.
