Leadership, (Lead with Confidence and set the Example)
Ken Fritz Tuesday, November 17, 2009 Abstract: This presentation is designed and focused on what works when it comes to leading subordinates. The presentation is broken down into two sections, the first being concerned with the individual themselves and how they need to pay attention to their own work and personal lives to allow them to lead with confidence and set the example. The second part is working with subordinates for everyone’s benefit. Bio: Ken Fritz is a retired Air Force officer with over 2000 hours of jet fighter time as an aircraft commander, instructor, and pilot/weapons system operator. He has been a platform instructor for numerous complex and intricate military subjects as well as touring the U.S. as an ambassador for the Tactical Air Command for over 3 years.He was stationed in several locations in the U.S. as well as the United Kingdom and Germany . His leadership positions were as an Operations Officer for a fighter squadron, Executive Assistant for the 2-star Deputy Commander of Operations for Fourth Allied Tactical Air Forces in Europe , and Seminar Chairman for the Joint Forces Staff College, Norfolk VA. He is President of the Colorado Crimson Group, Inc which provides professional coaching, executive level “regeneration” programs, supervisor leadership education programs, and speaks on leadership; as well as time management and organization. In total, Ken has over 18 years in Vice President level leadership positions and over 25 years in education, training and public speaking. |
