SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

The Rocky Mountain Chapter of the IEEE EMC Society is soliciting sponsors to fund the costs of holding monthly chapter meetings and generally running the Society. Two options are available to you. First , to sponsor a meeting for $150.  Although attendances vary, typically some 30 people attend each meeting and the meeting photographs and technical content is posted on our website .  The second option is to have your logo on the RMCEMC website for $350 for 6 months.

 Sponsors will receive the following recognition for their contribution:

1.         For website logo sponsors, you will receive a listing as a "Chapter Sponsor" with a hot link on the main webpage for a period of six months.

2.        For meeting sponsors, you will receive individual recognition with the company logo in the Chapter web page referencing that meeting with a hot-link, and an invitation to offer product literature at the specified chapter meeting.  

 If $150 is too expensive, consider joining with a complimentary company and you’ll both receive the sponsorship promotions. For example, you'll each contribute $100.00 and “the ABC Company and the XYZ Company” will sponsor the meeting.  Joint sponsorship will be limited to two companies for any one meeting to receive this sponsorship recognition. 

Sponsor contributions are welcome throughout the year, but call early if you want to sponsor a particular meeting. The officers can provide the  schedule of speakers and topics for the coming year.  Pick a meeting and contact Monrad Monsen to commit your $150.00 and guarantee your sponsorship of the specific meeting.
