Call for Papers: Submission Instructions

Authors are required to submit a 1,000- to 1,500-word summary of their papers. These should be typed in double-spaced format with any figures following the text. The cover page should include title, names of authors (with the person to contact identified), organizational affiliation, address, telephone and fax numbers, and e-mail address. Authors who believe their papers are better suited to a poster format than a formal presentation should so note on their submissions.

Authors are encouraged to submit their summaries by e-mail. Send paper summaries to the Technical Program Chairman at:

The deadline for submission of papers is September 14, 2001. Authors of accepted papers will be notified by November 16, 2001, and will receive instructions and forms for publication at that time. Completed camera-ready papers (limited to 8 pages: text, figures, and tables), will be required by January 18, 2002. Where applicable, government approval for publication as an unclassified paper will also be required at that time.
