Q:

The tutorials look great, can I attend those without registering for the conference?

A:

Yes.
 

Q:

Is it possible to register for 4 tutorials?

A:

Yes. The Wednesday Evening Bistatic Radar tutorial was originally slated for Thursday and so the Advance Registration form only shows a first, second and third tutorial. Just write in the fourth one and use the price for the third tutorial. Or you can use the online registration form, which correctly allows for a fourth tutorial.
 

Q:

Does the conference hotel provide free shuttle service to and from the airport?

A:

No. See the ground transportation page for more information.
 

Q:

I registered for the conference, but now cannot attend. May I get a refund?

A:

Yes if you are not an author or conference committee member and you make the request on or before April 8, 2002. The refund will be fees paid minus a $50 processing fee. Refund requests should be made through Diana Krynski using the information in the advance registration form. If you did not register through IEEE Conference Management Services, you should make your request to Ed Trujillo by fax to 310-335-6387 or by mail postmaked by April 8, 2002. After April 8, 2002 no refunds will be made.
