Davis Erwin is a member of IEEE and a volunteer instructor for the IEEE SF Section Professional Engineer Exam Review Course. He has been actively serving as a volunteer on the IEEE-PES, SF Chapter ADCOM for the past two years and last year served as Secretary.

Mr. Erwin has been employed with Pacific Gas and Electric Company since 1999 as a Protection Engineer and Power System Engineer. He is currently working in PG&E's System Protection group as a Senior Consulting Electrical Engineer. He received his BSEE and MSEE in 1997 and 1998 respectively from New Mexico State University and is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of California.
