Curt Irwin joined PG&E's Transmission Planning group over two years ago, and has been actively serving as a volunteer on the San Francisco IEEE PES ADCOM for the last two years. He has been an active member in the IEEE GOLD (Graduates of the Last Decade) Affinity Group and last year served as the GOLD chairman. Mr. Irwin obtained his B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis in Power from Iowa State University in 2003.
