Benjamin Williams is a Senior Member of the IEEE and has actively served as a volunteer on the San Francisco Power Engineering Society ADCOM for 10 years. Over the past four years in ADCOM, Mr. Williams has served one term as Vice Chairman, two terms as Secretary and one term as Treasurer. Prior to that, he chaired the Membership Committee and organized a one day workshop on electric generation issues.

Mr. Williams is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of California. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Washington State University with a BS in Electrical Engineering in 1996 and is now pursuing an Executive Masters in Business Administration degree from Saint Mary's College. Mr. Williams is employed as a Supervising Power System Engineer in Pacific Gas and Electric Company's Electric System Operations Department. He is married and has four children.
