Behind the Scenes Tour of Chabot Space and Science Center's Planetarium and Day at Chabot

12:00 pm: MegaDome Theatre Show "Living Sea"
1:00 pm: Luncheon social
2:30 pm: Planetarium Show "Legends of the Night Sky: Orion"

Payment must be made in advance with RSVP. Include names and ticket categories (adult, youth, senior - see below) of all attendees for ticket purchases. It can be made using one of two options:

Ticket categories: adult = ages 13-64; youth = ages 3-12; senior = ages 65+; ages 0-2 are free


If attending you must RSVP by Tuesday Dec. 5 to with the first and last name of everyone in your party, and their ticket category (adult, youth, senior - see above), so that your tickets can be purchased.


OVERVIEW

The Ask Jeeves Planetarium is a full-dome digital projection system. This next generation projection technology is the most state-of-the-art on the planet. This new system is capable of projecting a brilliant seamless image over the entire 70-foot dome surface and can deliver jaw-dropping digital sound. The images surround the audience, extending beyond the peripheral vision, leading to an experience that is fully immersive and engaging.


Chabot's Zeiss Universarium star projector creates stunning views of the night sky and constellation effects.
