ABOUT THE SEMINAR:
The Seminar will cover the following topics:
Leadership and Management titles are used to ‘show’ our position, responsibilities or power on organizational charts and business cards.
But too often our behavior, our energy use and/or our actions do not match our ‘title’. How can we ‘develop’ from an effective manager to an inspirational leader?
Inspirational Leadership is a paradigm shift!
‘Inspirational communication and attitude will increase your effectiveness’
* The power of solution-oriented and motivational communication
* Turning opposition into co-operation - the advantage of creating a common ground.
*How to keep the ‘lead’ in a co-operation or negotiation.
* The power of Win/Win – Respect – Economically Justified
Inspirational Leadership will influence & optimize the potential of your team:
* Identify the difference between Motivation and Inspiration
* Know the difference between Leadership and Management
* How to evolve from an effective manager towards an inspirational leader?
* What style to use: Controlling or Empowering?
ABOUT THE PRESENTER: Mr. Jean Nicolaï is Belgian and has more than 30 years of experience in multicultural business and social environments in Europe and the Far East, and since April 2009 he is also active in the Middle East. His practical professional experience and studies as a NLP Master Practitioner makes that he has a very distinct and innovative approach in coaching people.
In his own words: “After all, it is all about interaction, both internal and external, every individual person has a part in this action. Everybody should be able to fully employ all of his/her talents and get the opportunity to develop themselves.
Win/Win intention – Respect for all concerned & Economically Justified should be universal criteria.
Call it ‘Ethics in Business’; a corporate culture which deploys and optimizes all the available human potential and other resources in an effective way in order to create new perspectives, opportunities, sustainability and long term success.”
