ICET 2011 will be held at National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), Islamabad, Pakistan, on September 5-6, 2011, under the umbrella of IEEE Islamabad Chapter. This edition builds on the success of the previous year conferences, and aims to consolidate ICET as the worldwide reference in this area. The conference will include various keynote sessions from renowned speakers around the world. We hope you can participate in this prestigious conference by submitting a paper reflecting your current research.

* GUIDELINES FOR AUTHORS *
* Submitted papers must be original, unpublished and not under review in any other publication.
* All accepted papers will need to be presented by one of the authors at the conference; otherwise they will be excluded from the conference proceedings
* Authors of accepted papers will also need to sign an IEEE copyright release form.
* Paper length should not exceed 6 pages in IEEE format available at http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html.
* All submissions  will be handled electronically
* Authors will have to pay additional charges for each additional page
* Conference registration fee will cover the charges for one paper only. Each additional submission will be subject to additional fee.
* Proceedings of the conference will be available through IEEE Xplore ®
