2007 R10 Outstanding Volunteer Award
Enn Vinnal from Victorian Section, the first winner of 2007 R10 Outstanding Volunteer Award, was invited to attend 2008 R10 Meeting held in Gujarat in India. However, he could not attend that meeting and hence the award was presented to the Section Chair for him in 2009.
