Region 3 Committee Meeting Minutes

The Region 3 Committee Meeting was convened by Director Caston at 10:21am
after the completion of the postponed Region 3 Committee Caucus on Sunday
March 28, 1999.

The agenda was approved as modified.

The consent agenda item (approval of the minutes of the April 1998 Region
Meeting) was approved.

Director Dale Caston reviewed the election process for the
Delegate/Director-elect.  He invited Charles Hickman and Jim Howard to
address the group.  Both candidates made comments to the group.

Director Caston noted that the next Region meeting will be at

     Southeastcon 2000
     Nashville Airport Mariott, Nashville, TN
     April 9, 2000

Having completed it's business, the Region 3 Committee was adjourned.
