TREASURER REPORT

The Region 3 budget spreadsheet, recently submitted to Executive
Committee members, is an integral part of this report. The purposes of
this report were to inform everyone of the status of the 2000 budget
and to request input for the 2001 budget.

Some highlights for the 2000 year through September 30 include.
 * Income of $86,620 compared to a budget of $101,784.
 * Long-term investment fund has increased by 6.18%($7,002).
 * Expenditures total $66,506 compared to a budget of $163,575.

Please provide 2001 budget requests on or before the deadline date of
October 15, 2000.
