Re:	Newsletter Editor Report


Second quarter 2004 newsletter issue was electronics distributed on
August 16th, 2004.  A copy of that issue or any previous issues can be
downloaded from R3 website.  The final issue of the year is planned
for December distribution with hard copy to all Region 3 Members.

Please provide your inputs to me by November 30th, 2004 for the next
issue.  Any ideas or comments to improve the newsletter are welcome
and appreciated.
