1.  Update Reg 3 Strategic Plan 2005+ by 12-1-04, revising Reg 3 
goals and objectives as appropriate.

2.  Post the Reg 3 Strategic Plan 2005+ to the Web by 12-15-04.

3.  Assign mentors to each Reg. 3 Committee by 1-15-04.

4.  Assure full SPC involvement in Leadership Development initiative.

5.  Review Reg 3 structure and recommend combining or elimination 
of committees where appropriate by 12-1-04.

6.  Update the Reg 3 History by 10-1-04.

7.  Review Reg 3 Bylaws for changes by 6-1-04.  Draft needed updates
 by 9-1-04.  Approve updates by 12-1-04.

8.  Review Reg 3 Operations Manual for changes by 6-1-04.  Draft
 needed updates by 9-1-04.  Approve updates by 12-1-04.

9.  Develop a plan/budget for a strategic planning retreat by 9-1-04.
 
10. Hold at least one SPC e-conference.
