G&Os for SPC for 2007 
                                10-27-06

1.  Review Reg 3 Strategic Plan 2006+ and update if required by 11-15-06.

2.  Get the Reg 3 Strategic Plan 2007+ approved by ExCom by 12-11-06.

3.  Assign mentors to each Reg. 3 Committee by 1-1-07.  Mentors will 
     strongly encourage their committees to prepare tactical plans by 2-15-07.

4.  Send proposed restructure of R3 Committee and R3 ExCom to the R3 Committee 
    for their approval by 1-1-07. 

5.  Send proposed changes to R3ByLaws and Ops Man for adding new members 
    to the Finance Committee for their approval by 1-1-07.
   5a. Include annual audit changes.

6.  Request approval of items 4 and 5 above by the R3 Committee at R3 
    Committee meeting at Southeastcon 2007.

7.  Review Reg 3 Bylaws for other changes by 6-1-07.  Draft needed updates
     by 9-1-07.  Approve updates by 12-1-07.

8.  Review Reg 3 Operations Manual for changes by 6-1-07.  Draft
     needed updates by 9-1-07.  Approve updates by 12-1-07.

9.  Hold at least one SPC e-conference.
