1. Review Reg 3 structure and recommend combining or elimination of committees where appropriate.
2. Review goals and objectives of Reg 3 entities and committees and incorporate as appropriate in Reg 3 Strategic Plan.
3. Update Reg 3 Strategic Plan annually, revising goals and objectives as appropriate.
4. Post the Reg 3 Strategic Plan to the Web and publicize the various goals and objectives for the Region.
5. Assign mentors to Reg. 3 committees.
6. Update the Reg 3 History.
7. Review and update Reg 3 Bylaws.
