Message from the Director:

IEEE Region 5 has initiated a process to increase productivity and quality of services and products through comprehensive efforts in many areas as outlined in this Strategic Plan.

The plan was developed by Region 5 Executive Committee and is based on the IEEE Strategic Plan and feedback from Sections of our Region. The immediate objective is to update and modify this plan to reflect current concerns of Sections, Societies, and Branches within the Region.

In parallel with this, we are seeking cooperation in implementing the strategic goals outlined in this Plan and your taking immediate initiative to develop and implement a Strategic Plan for your Section (Committee, Student Branch, Chapter).
