All presentation rooms will be equipped with a computer with PowerPoint software and a data projector, an overhead projector, a microphone (for large rooms), a lectern, and a pointing device.

If you need any other audio or visual equipment, such as a 35mm slide projector, PAL or NTSC VHS player, Computer or Overhead Projector, please indicate your special equipment needs below. By making this request, you agree to pay any extra charges for this equipment rental. Failure to make prior arrangements may mean that the equipment will not be available to you.

You must include a return email address, so that your request will be acknowledged and any charges indicated; as well as your paper number (provided in your notice of acceptance).
