REGISTRATION Registration is divided into 2 parts. The first part is targeted at the primary author of the paper(s) and the second part for attendees to the conference. Author Registration (Part 1) * Please note that paper submission and author registration is now closed. Acceptance of the paper is conditional upon the receipt of payment of a full conference registration ($475.00 for IEEE Members and $600.00 otherwise) by the deadline posted below. Therefore student registration fees do not apply for this part of the registration. An author may include more than one paper during the registration process at an extra cost of $200.00/paper. If an author of multiple papers wants another person to present the other papers those persons can register as attendees in the second part of the registration process. Information on full paper submission and copyright is available on the Author Information and Author's Guide pages. Attendance Registration (Part 2) This part of registration is solely for attendance of the conference. Secondary authors of papers that might be presenting would register during at this time as either regular or student attendees. Note: It is more cost effective for author’s of multiple papers to take advantage of the extra paper option if the secondary authors are students and also plan to attend the conference since the sum of the student registration and the cost of the extra paper is lower than full registration. Otherwise if the other authors are not students and plan to attend the conference full registration is required and in that case it is more cost effective for those authors to register during the author registration phase and note which particular paper they are to presenting.
