  1. What is the deadline for submission of final papers and author registrations?

The deadline is 22 January 2007.

  2. I am a student and the primary author of an accepted paper. When should I begin to register and pay the registration fee?

Immaterial of whether you are a student or not, you should register your paper by 22 January 2007, by paying a "Full registration" ( $600 for Non members and $475 for IEEE members.)

  3. I am a faculty member and have registered and made additional payments of $200 per paper. Can I bring students to present the additional papers and have their registration fee waived in lieu of these additional payments.

Yes, each additional paper payment ($200/paper) will be counted as one student registration.

  4. Where should I fax or mail the IEEE copyright form to?

The copyright form is being handled electronically through IEEE Conference Express. See the Author Information page for details.

  5. I don't have a Credit Card. Can I pay by any other means?

Unfortunately, the registration fee payment for IEEE CCECE 2007 is set up only for payments by credit cards. It is not only fast and convenient, but also secure. Please note that you personally do not have to have either of the Visa or MasterCard credit cards to get registered for the conference, and can request a friend or colleague to register you with their credit card.
