The 2002 Canadian Conference on Electrical and Computer Engineering, CCECE02, provides a forum for the presentation of electrical and computer engineering research and development from Canada and around the world. The conference is sponsored by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, IEEE. In addition to the papers presented, the conference will also have several workshops, industrial exhibits, and tours. Over 350 papers will be presented at the conference, covering the following topics:
